BioWelcome to the ramblings of a 30 something ex-goth who went away to live in the fatherland (Germany that is...)
After leaving the UK to come and live with my lovely boyfriend, Karsten, I have grown used to the German life (to a certain extent) and would very much like to stay here, unless we both decide to move somewhere else where the language is either English, German or Spanish.
After having had a quite fulfilling life to this point, I am not sad to say that I am getting a bit older and (perhaps) a bit wiser. The lovely Karsten and I will also be getting married in August 2007, so it's safe to say that I've settled down a bit after my rather interesting youth.
After many years of working in interesting jobs in the UK, and 9 months spent as a "Hausfrau" I have also, at the age of 30, managed to finally find the "lucrative career" that I've been chasing since graduating from uni.
I hope that my sometimes informative, sometimes inane ramblings do not bore you too much.
